Partner with the pre-sales team to transition customers through post-sales implementation.
Understand customer environments, identify platform needs, and design architecture.
Ensure successful adoption of Upbound and Crossplane in production.
Perform technical discovery to scope engagements and contribute to SOWs.
Troubleshoot deployment challenges of Crossplane and Upbound Cloud.
Build cloud-native reference platforms to accelerate adoption.

🎯 Requirements

Kubernetes API code (operators, controllers, add-ons).
Managed production Kubernetes deployments or workloads.
Background in platform engineering/SRE with an IDP.
Go programming language proficiency (Go preferred).
German language proficiency is a plus.
Deep understanding of multi-cloud, scalable infrastructure.
