🎯 Requirements

Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or other OO languages.
Experience with React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL.
Passion for autonomous agents and working with LLMs.
Experience with coding agents and agentic development practices.
Proven track record partnering across engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
Experience mentoring peers and guiding teams on quality.
