📋 Description

• Drive cross-team strategy for Stripe Scale and bundles.
• Be primary technical contact for partners, dependencies, timelines.
• Lead design of multi-system integrations across Billing, Tax, Revenue, and more.
• Translate business needs into technical plans for packaging and pricing evolution.
• Influence cross-functional partners to align on roadmaps and priorities.
• Establish testing, incident response, and billing accuracy patterns across dual systems.
• Mentor engineers and improve cross-team collaboration through proposals.
• Communicate risks and tradeoffs to leadership with clear follow-through.

• 10+ years of software development, including multi-team leadership.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication; distill complex concepts and write design docs.
• Experience navigating organizational complexity and influencing aligned teams.
• Strong systems design in large-scale distributed, event-driven, or billing systems.
• Influence strategy at the intersection of business needs and technology.
• Collaborative leadership; influence, trust, cross-org collaboration.
• Mentor engineers; coaching cross-functional effectiveness.
• Fintech/billing experience: pricing/packaging or revenue ops.
• Internal dogfooding architectures to power internal ops improvements.
• Subscription management, usage-based billing, or entitlement systems.
• Dual billing systems or migrating billing infra familiarity.
• Co-delivery of multi-team user-facing products experience.
