📋 Description

• Lead design and build high-performance backend services and data infra.
• Architect tier-1 search, vector search, and ranking pipelines.
• Integrate ML model serving, embeddings, and real-time ingestion.
• Set engineering standards; mentor engineers and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and infra partners.
• Build observable, low-latency, reliable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning and scaling complex backend platforms.
• Deep expertise in C# / .NET and performance optimization.
• Significant data pipelines or stream-processing experience.
• Strong AWS experience: ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, Kinesis.
• Familiar with search tech, vector databases, embeddings.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
