🎯 Requirements
- Experience building scalable, distributed backends with Kafka, Redis, and Java.
- Skilled at managing complex data pipelines and translating data into insights.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and product surfaces.
- Familiar with OpenTelemetry and open standards in observability.
- Proactive and hands-on, ready to dive into unclear problem spaces and build reliable systems.
- Based in Paris or Madrid preferred; other EMEA locations may be considered.
