🎯 Requirements
- Experience building scalable distributed backends using Kafka, Redis, and Java.
- Manage complex data pipelines and translate diverse data sources into insights.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across multiple teams and product surfaces.
- Familiar with OpenTelemetry and open standards in observability.
- Proactive, hands-on; turn unclear problems into reliable, performant systems.
- Based in Paris or Madrid preferred; other EMEA locations may be considered.
