Staff Software Engineer, RCM

📋 Description

• Systems Architecture: Design and deploy production‑grade FastAPI services wrapping LLM calls with secure REST/GraphQL endpoints.
• Agentic Workflows: Build intelligent agents for unstructured documents using vision‑augmented NLP and multimodal LLMs.
• Advanced RAG: Develop pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector search) to surface codes and payer rules in real time.
• Cloud Operations: Containerize and operate on AWS ECS/Fargate; own IaC pipelines for frequent dev → staging → prod deployments.
• Observability & Analytics: Instrument with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry; dashboards for denial rates and risks.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure features meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal security benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Python Mastery: Expert-level Python with FastAPI for high‑performance asynchronous services.
• AI/LLM Stack: Deep experience with LLM orchestration and agentic workflows.
• Tools: Proficient with Claude Code, Gemini, and Cursor to accelerate delivery.
• AWS Infrastructure: Solid experience with ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3 and CI/CD.
• Healthcare/RCM Domain: Direct experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare tech.
• Data Handling: Experience processing unstructured healthcare data and multimodal AI (text + vision).
• Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset; production‑first ownership.
