Join the Server Query Optimization team to build a distributed open-source query optimizer.
Work on parsing, optimization, and plan selection for queries.
Rewrite major components of optimization and execution systems for performance.
Coordinate with drivers, cloud services, enterprise tools, support and education teams.
Role can be based in US/Canada offices or remotely in North America.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in data management systems.
Production-grade code for large user bases and robust design.
CS degree or equivalent; strong data structures and algorithms.
Experience with large code bases in C++ or systems languages.
Passion for database query engines and related domain knowledge.
