🎯 Requirements

- Strong background in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
- Deep experience with SQL, query optimization, and large analytical datasets.
- Comfortable leading build/buy evaluations and OSS integrations.
- Effective communicator to explain tradeoffs to tech and non-tech partners.
