🎯 Requirements

- Strong backend programming skills with experience building highly available web APIs
- Experience with large-scale event streaming systems, preferably Kafka
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly across teams
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Prisma, Apollo GraphQL, Terraform, AWS, or AI/LLM tooling
