- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience building cloud-based apps with Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript (a plus)
- Experience integrating AI tooling into development workflows
- Passion for using metrics and data to drive decisions
- Experience in a remote-first, globally distributed team
