Staff Software Engineer, Partner Integrations

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain payment integrations (APIs, SDKs, web)
• Help shape and drive the technical roadmap for the Partner Engineering team
• Design and develop scalable APIs and integrations for money movements via ACH
• Collaborate across Eng, Product, Design, Infra, Sales, Partner, and CS to deliver features
• Scale integrations to support growth while maintaining performance
• Continuously improve daily operations through automation, tooling, observability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering experience
• 4+ years Java; Spring, Gradle, JUnit, JVM tuning
• SOA, REST APIs, message queues, scalable distributed systems
• AWS (EKS, Aurora RDS, Elasticache, DynamoDB) and containerization
• Led end-to-end delivery of high-impact fintech products
• Experience in FinTech and familiarity with major payment rails
