8+ years of software engineering experience.

Track record shipping incremental, delightful features improving UX.
Comfort switching between different tech stacks and learning new ones.
Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders; speak up.
Lead projects, gather requirements, mentor others; own outcomes.
