🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years building backend systems in production.
- Designing and operating distributed, stateful systems with data integrity.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language; Scala and Go preferred.
- Experience with unit/integration tests and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to reason about and debug complex distributed systems.
- Strong communication with cross-functional partners.
