Improve automated testing and on-call ownership for services.

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 5-8 years of experience.
Proven track record architecting and deploying ML/AI systems in real-world apps.
Expert Python and production-grade coding; PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
Familiarity with Hugging Face and LangChain; NLP/LLMs and embeddings/RAG.
Production ML infra: feature stores, model management, training/serving (MLOps).
Cross-functional collaboration with data/platform engineers and product stakeholders; mentorship.
