Founding engineer on the Leverage team building knowledge infrastructure.
Build enterprise capabilities: identity/auth, structured data access, governance.
Design the context layer that connects Fleetio data to AI tools.
Define technical direction with the Leverage team lead.
Collaborate across teams to ensure adoption and good UX for internal tools.
Remote role open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of production software experience.
Strong API integration across many APIs and auth schemes.
Experience with protocol-based architectures, SDKs, and CLI tooling.
Full-stack skills: backend services, CLI tools, and internal UIs.
Identity and access management experience (Okta, SSO).
Experience building and consuming APIs and external integrations.
