- Experience leading ambiguous cross functional projects; tradeoffs across reliability, scalability, DX, and time to value.
- Identify commonalities and design abstractions.
- Strong cross functional collaboration across Eng, Product, Data Science.
- Bonus: fintech/financial products or embedded finance.
