Drive code quality via PR reviews; mentor juniors.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development experience.
Experience with monolith-to-microservices architectures.
Server-side tech: caching, asynchronous processing, multi-threading.
Java, Spring, Hibernate, Redis proficiency.
Ability to work with distributed teams.
Nice to have: Graph APIs; ReactJS; Education: B.S./M.S./PhD in CS.
