Lead high-level architecture and MVP for ISPM.
Design, code, test, and deploy initial ISPM full-stack services.
Deliver security features to detect misconfigurations, over-privileged accounts, and stale identities.
Establish CI/CD pipelines and telemetry for new services.
Own ISPM initiatives end-to-end from ideation to deployment and support.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering to define data contracts and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

10-12+ years backend software development experience.
Expert proficiency in Go (Golang): concurrency, memory management, scalable services.
Event-driven architecture: experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS.
Stream processing: Apache Flink or Spark Streaming.
Database fluency: PostgreSQL and Redis/DynamoDB.
Cloud native: AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS) and Terraform.
