🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering in backend, infra, or platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
- Go or similar language: design, testing, maintenance.
- A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, or reliability engineering.
- Experience setting technical direction and leading cross-team work.
- Clear written and verbal communication in remote environments (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
