Staff+ Software Engineer, Identity Infrastructure Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, dev and ops of identity infra across clouds and internal systems.
• Design authn/authz, access governance, auditability, and policy enforcement with secure-by-default design.
• Build foundational infra used across engineering, research, and security.
• Improve reliability, observability, performance, and operational maturity of identity infra.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across security, infra, and engineering; raise engineering bar.
• Partner with engineers, researchers, and security to build scalable access patterns with strong security.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating large-scale infrastructure, platforms, or backend systems.
• Deep experience with cloud infra, identity systems, distributed systems, and infra-as-code.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across teams in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building security-critical systems with authentication, authorization, or policy enforcement.
• Strong software fundamentals with Go, Rust, Python, or similar languages.
• Ability to debug across code, cloud infra, identity, networking, and operations.
• High bar for reliability, security, auditability, and operational rigor.
