🎯 Requirements

12+ years of software engineering; technical architect experience.
Hands-on full-stack: Go, Java, and React front ends.
Strong PostgreSQL experience; Kafka messaging.
Proven track record delivering internal/B2B apps with complex workflows.
Cloud-native on AWS; containers, CI/CD, observability tooling.
Excellent communication, collaboration; growth mindset and ownership.
