🎯 Requirements

Fluency in English required; Japanese/Korean skills a plus.
9+ years of software engineering experience, incl. Tech Lead responsibilities.
Proven end-to-end delivery of high-impact products from design to launch.
Set technical direction for teams, architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
Strong product mindset; tie decisions to outcomes; comfortable with ambiguity.
Design/operate highly available, scalable, secure, cost-efficient systems.
Global, cross-functional experience across time zones.
Mentor engineers, raise quality via reviews and coaching.
