🎯 Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 1+ year in AI-powered products
Expert in real-time web apps with TypeScript and React
CRDTs/YJS, LLMs, image models, WebSockets, and streaming experience
Design scalable, secure, usable systems
Strong communication; experience influencing tech strategy
Track record shipping high-quality, user-facing features in production
