- Experienced technical lead making architectural decisions; articulate tradeoffs.
- Product-minded; experience shipping new products balancing reliability and velocity.
- Comfortable driving discussions in ambiguous ownership areas with autonomy.
- Ridiculously helpful; mentors and shares knowledge via writing, 1:1s, and meetings.
- Experience in fintech, fraud systems, or risk domain is a strong plus.
