🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts across teams—aligning stakeholders, driving architecture decisions, and delivering outcomes
- Strong system design skills: design for scale, availability, operability, and security—explain tradeoffs clearly
- Experience building high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems (microservices/event-driven)
- Experience integrating with external software systems
