📋 Description

• Write, test, and deploy C and Rust code.
• Enhance, maintain, and optimize TLS, HTTP, QUIC network protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape a roadmap and deliver features.
• Contribute to open source projects such as h2o and picotls.
• Mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Build and maintain distributed infrastructure at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Design and implement reliable, scalable, low-latency systems; 7+ years of experience.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams; foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Significant production experience with C, C++, and/or Rust.
• Mentor and support engineers' growth.
• Experience with Linux systems and network programming.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining distributed infrastructure.
