🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with architecture and systems thinking.
- Deep Ruby on Rails experience; or backend in Python/Go/TypeScript with willingness to deepen Rails.
- Experience building developer tooling, libraries, or platform infrastructure for 10s or 100s of engineers.
- Strong communicator; plan, document, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Copilot) and applying AI to scale infrastructure.
- Experience with type systems (Sorbet/RBS), CI/CD pipelines, code generation, linting/static analysis, or framework upgrades at scale.
