• Define and drive DevEx platform strategy across CI, tests, delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering focused on production dev platforms.
• Define and execute multi-year technical strategies across cross-team domains.
• Deep systems design; API design, service architecture, platform abstractions.
• Proficiency in Go or Python for large-scale cloud-native services.
• Kubernetes and IaC expertise at platform design level.
• Experience with AI-native tooling and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and align across teams.
• Track record of growing senior engineers; inspiring leader.
