🎯 Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Deep backend in modern cloud-native distributed systems.
Strong API design: REST and/or gRPC.
AWS and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
Ability to reduce technical debt while delivering value.
Leadership: set technical direction, mentor, influence teams.
