- Proven operational experience owning or building critical infrastructure, including on-call.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and turning complex problems into action plans.
- Experienced in leading long-term architectural transformations and cross-org initiatives.
- Strong communicator able to align diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
