Set the technical roadmap for build system reliability and performance.
Diagnose build bottlenecks (remote execution, cache) to speed CI.
Drive organizational alignment on build system investments across teams.
Serve as the technical authority on build systems; set standards and mentor engineers.
Partner with Security on optimizing build processes for base images.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years industry experience.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in CS, or equivalent.
Metrics-driven decisions; Bazel, action graph, dependency analysis, remote caching.
Drive cross-org alignment and decisions on investments.
Strong code review ability.
