🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading CI, build systems, or developer productivity.
• Strong background in modern builds: GitHub, Buildkite, Artifactory, Bazel.
• Familiar with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Solid programming in Python, Kotlin, Java, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving; balance long-term vision with short-term impact.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's in a related field.
