Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Architect and enhance autonomous security agent Hai with AI-First mindset.
• Build components that integrate agentic AI patterns to boost detection and automation.
• Partner across Product, Security Research, and Engineering to add AI capabilities.
• Design AI red-teaming agents to surface weaknesses in LLMs and AI deployments.
• Establish metrics, observability, and feedback loops to improve model performance and safety.
• Build APIs and integrations for AI models, security tools, and the HackerOne platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with production AI platforms.
• Must be able and willing to come to the office once per week.
• Expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers.
• Strong hands-on AI platform engineering including deployment, MLOps, serving infra, and shared AI services.
• Experience building systems that support multiple AI product teams enabling scalable experimentation and deployment.
• Solid understanding of AI safety and alignment principles, including responsible AI development and bias mitigation.
