📋 Description

• Drive architecture and evolution of the Search product for scalable, low-latency retrieval.
• Solve indexing, storage, query execution, and ranking with vector, keyword, and hybrid techniques.
• Partner with infra, product, and research teams to shape APIs and developer experiences.
• Lead end-to-end engineering from design to production rollout with high performance and reliability.
• Contribute to core systems powering search, discovery, and recommendations.
• Mentor engineers and champion engineering excellence through reviews and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Search technologies (vector, keyword, hybrid) and related domains (indexing, ranking, retrieval infrastructure, relevance optimization).
• Familiarity with storage systems, recommendation engines, and database internals.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design for large-scale retrieval and data systems.
• Experience leading architecture for performance-sensitive, large-scale systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
