Staff Software Engineer, AI Platform

📋 Description

• Design and maintain the agent platform: orchestration, runtimes, observability, SDKs.
• Build APIs/SDKs to onboard agents with evals, guardrails, and audit.
• Scale platform for agents, skills, and MCP integrations.
• Automate operations with tooling, observability, and sandbox monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to turn AI use cases into production agents.
• Set standards for AI engineering; mentor engineers and promote responsible AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software dev; 2+ years AI/agent systems.
• Technical leadership guiding engineering teams.
• Hands-on with CLI tools and AI dev tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Agent infra and sandbox runtimes (Modal, E2B, Cloudflare, Daytona, gVisor).
• AI-first workflows: LLM design, prompts, RAG, and HIL.
• Languages: Java, Python, Golang, TS/Node.js.
