🎯 Requirements

- Prompt engineering and context engineering with deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
- Experience architecting, building, testing, and maintaining modern web applications
- Research-oriented problem solving; comfortable with ambiguity and novel AI quality solutions
- Attention to detail and quality obsession; output quality across dimensions
- Design systems balancing security, usability, and performance
- Strong communication and ability to influence technical strategy across teams
