🎯 Requirements

- Strong systems design: distributed, event-driven, service-oriented backends
- Familiarity with ML infrastructure concepts to support ML workloads
- Mentoring engineers and establishing technical best practices
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
