Lead scoping, design, and implementation of end-to-end functionality
Perform detailed code reviews and provide technical mentorship
Lead architecture discussions for core parts of the Secureframe app
Coordinate cross-cutting initiatives across multiple teams
Collaborate with other Staff engineers to establish engineering best practices
Collaborate with designers and product managers to resolve ambiguous user challenges

🎯 Requirements

8+ years backend experience with Ruby, Python, Go, etc.
6+ years Ruby experience
Strong CS fundamentals
Deep experience with large-scale integrations and public APIs
Excellent communication and collaboration
Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
