🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in software test automation and quality engineering; building scalable frameworks
- Hands-on coding in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python
- End-to-end automation across web/mobile (Cypress and Detox preferred; Playwright or Appium OK)
- Experience with monorepos and CI/CD (Nx, Buildkite, GitHub Actions)
- APIs and distributed systems testing; test data setup, SQL/NoSQL validation, contract testing
- Performance mindset; load tests (Locust/k6/JMeter) and latency metrics
- Staff-level leadership; mentor teams and drive quality initiatives
