Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive design & implementation of new features and re-architect existing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend or full-stack development, incl IC leadership.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS/CE or equivalent industry experience.
• Expertise in trade-offs for distributed architectures.
• Proficient in Kotlin and/or C#; able to learn others.
• Experience running multiple critical initiatives in parallel.
• Familiarity with clean architecture.
• Experience with relational and document databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
