🎯 Requirements
- Proven track record of technical leadership and collaboration on complex projects
- 8+ years of experience in Java, Kotlin, or other OO languages
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
- Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and REST/GraphQL
- Strong communication to convey complex tech to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
