- Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD (GitLab or similar).
- SQL and NoSQL databases and caching strategies.
- System design, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of product architecture.
- Nice to have: voice/telephony or real-time platforms.
