🎯 Requirements
- You have excellent computer science fundamentals.
- 8+ years of industry experience building and shipping high-impact software systems.
- Proven experience in growth engineering, including performance marketing tools, campaign automation pipelines, or ads optimization systems.
- Experience building and maintaining highly reliable distributed systems that operate at scale.
- Experience partnering with Data Science to drive performance marketing efficiency.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation.
