🎯 Requirements

8+ years in backend architecture with data modeling, distributed systems, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
Proven ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.
Excellent communicator to articulate complex concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentorship focus and track record of elevating team capabilities.
Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS IoT Core) and cloud infrastructure management.
