Lead design and development of full-stack solutions for prescription decision-making and cost transparency
Architect and deliver complex greenfield projects used by providers and clinical staff
Partner with engineering and product leadership on planning, prioritization, and execution
Maintain and evolve backend systems and tools used by internal clinical and operational teams
Integrate with electronic health records (EHRs) and external partner APIs
Contribute to platform and infrastructure efforts with AWS, Terraform, and Docker

🎯 Requirements

8+ years software development experience
Experience designing distributed systems and API integrations (EHR a plus)
Proficiency in Kotlin/Spring or Ruby on Rails
Experience with React frontend
AWS, Docker, Terraform for cloud and IaC
Strong CI/CD, automated testing, and SOA
