Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of Vantage capabilities (architecture, APIs, deployment).
• Define and enforce standards for quality, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product management, ML engineering, cloud architecture, and leadership on roadmaps.
• Improve platform health via decomposition, observability, and CI/CD maturity.
• Own high-severity incident response; drive post-mortems and reliability improvements.
• Mentor senior and principal engineers; promote technical rigor and shared ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–13 years software engineering; deep C#/.NET and C++ expertise.
• CI/CD design and operations using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Strong microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native patterns.
• Mentor Senior and Mid engineers; partner with engineering managers on technical direction.
• Lead technical design reviews and influence architecture across teams.
