🎯 Requirements

8+ years building and operating production-grade backend systems.
Deep expertise in high-performance, concurrent services.
Experience designing and scaling distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
Strong API design, data modeling, and consistency; AWS/GCP and Docker/Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Go, Python, C#, Java.
Commitment to code quality with design patterns, testing, and CI/CD.
