🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software engineering; led architecture proposals and design reviews.
Experience building/operating production microservices for reliability and performance.
Hands-on with AWS and containerized deployments.
Monitoring/logging with New Relic and Kibana.
Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills.
Multi-language backend (ASP.NET, Python, C#, Ruby) and front-end collab (Next.js/React).
