Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead frontend architecture for CoreWeave's cloud UI for scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with product, design, and backend to shape roadmap, UX, and API contracts.
• Design and build accessible, performant UIs using TypeScript and React.
• Own frontend standards: components, design systems, state management, testing.
• Collaborate with backend to design/consume GraphQL and REST APIs for frontend needs.
• Mentor engineers via design reviews and technical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in building complex SPAs with TypeScript and React.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering with senior- or staff-level frontend ownership.
• Deep experience designing/consuming GraphQL APIs with type-safe modeling.
• Strong frontend architecture knowledge: component design, state, data fetch patterns, tooling.
• Experience driving frontend quality at scale: performance, accessibility, testing.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and frontend security.
